Can you confirm if this is a valid payment method? If the card continues to decline, your bank may have declined the transaction for security purposes. Below I have attached our credit card update form which you may send back should you need to add a new payment method.
Alternatively, Barchart accepts annual subscription payments ($199.95) + transaction fees through Paypal at email@example.com
If you wish to pay through paypal, we kindly request you include your Barchart username in the notes so we can easily locate the account.
