To cancel a Premier subscription, users can do so through My Account > Subscription Details. In Subscription Details, click on "Cancel Barchart Premier Subscription (but keep my free account active)" link found under "Cancel Subscription".

Subscribers can also cancel their subscription via the "Contact Barchart" link found at the bottom of every Barchart.com webpage.

Note that monthly subscribers can cancel any time and your account will be downgrade on next billing cycle. Yearly subscribers can cancel any time within the first 30 days of the subscription for a full refund. After 30 days, there will be no prorated refund for yearly subscribers. Yearly subscribers will then continue to enjoy Premier membership until their Premier expiration date.
