Symbols that are on CBOE BZX exchange (BATS exchange - denoted by .BZ at the end) will be in real-time. Other symbols will have the following delays.

For Stocks: 15 min. with quotes in ET (Eastern Time).

Forex and Futures: 10-15 min quoting in CT (Central Time).
